MEDWAY'S FORTS Despite how dull most of Medway is, there are LOADS of awesome abandoned forts in Medway and the surrounding area.
This section is all about scenes, and covers topic from building architecture to the history of lampposts and traffic lights. which are disappearing fast as councils don't care about REAL historic items (they're only interested in supposedly "historic" sites which attract tourists). What I am looking for is streets where the little details are original e.g. There are many places that local councils want you to beleve that they are historic, when actually they are not as original as you are led to belive. STREET SCENES AND STREET FURNITURE This section is about street scenes, and places which have not changed since they were built. This project aims to get videos of every tower block in London as well as other interesting blocks around the world. I am most interested in blocks that have unusual architecture, and ones that have large plant rooms. TOWER BLOCK ARCHIVE This is my project of archiving housing estates and tower blocks in London. Building owners often just replace/modernize lifts thinking a new lift is better but don't think of the heritage thay are replacing. People often want to preserve old buildings but not the lifts (a car from the 1930s would not just be scrapped, but lifts from the 1930s get replaced without considerition).
